We consistently ask for feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement, team efficiency, and team wellness. We welcome this feedback in a safe way, protected from ostracization and repercussion for initiating discussion.

Team members have multiple ways to do this:

  1. Direct feedback through their leads (weekly, written 1-on-1 feedback; quarterly check-ins, or ad-hoc meeting/written communication).

  2. Report to any member of the leadership team (CEO, COO, Finance Manager, VP of Production, Director of Sales).

  3. An anonymous Google Form is available -
