Local Sourcing Guidelines

We believe in our community and endeavour to support the local creators, producers, initiators, and incubators that make London a thriving place to live, work and raise families. In all purchasing decisions, we consider:

• Local suppliers (within 100 km).

• B Corporations (and other validated ethical businesses).

• Social enterprises and non-profits.

• Environmental consciousness of the business and its products.

• Ownership by women and under-represented groups.

• Independently run, values-driven businesses over major chains with limited interest in the local community.

To the extent possible (i.e., where costs are sustainable for our small business), we choose to do business with organizations that are as representative as possible of the inclusive and thriving local community in which we operate. We choose environmentally conscious products in our purchasing. In selecting contractors and team members, we use a similar local and inclusive lens.
