Financial Disclosure Policy

rTraction seeks to be an open and transparent organization with it's employee stakeholders.

We will conduct the following activities to ensure staff are aware and educated on the financial health of the organization:

  • Onboarding training on Financials 101 and how our organization works financially for any new full time employees.

  • Monthly aggregate / high level financial results

  • Quarterly aggregate / high level financial results

  • Yearly annual results (income statement/balance sheet)

  • Yearly education and training on Financials 101

We will be open to and encourage specific financial questions at the Town Hall. Where possible, we will share detailed information to support the aggregate numbers.

The Treasurer of the organization may decide that some details are to remain in aggregate if the Treasurer believes that sharing detailed information may constitute a contractual or legal breech or may unduly compromise the confidential information of an individual or corporation.
