**The policies were generated in the context of Ontario, Canada labour laws and jurisdictions. A few aspects of our policy refer or are super-ceded by the Employment Standards Act.** 

### **Documentation**

We have three folders in our documentation. Items in the '**published**' category are items we are using today. Items in the '**archived**' section are policies we no longer use (but may be useful to others) - typically because a new policy or legislation has super-ceded.  Items in the '**in progress**' section are just that, works in progress that we haven't rolled out as official policy.
